As a dedicated Personal Chef, I provide a diverse array of services including Full-Catering, Private Chef, Meal Prep, and Non-Profit Food Truck Services. Collaborating closely with our clients. We craft personalized menus that align perfectly with their tastes and preferences. Whether you're in search of a week's worth of carefully curated meals or planning a special dinner party, rest assured that we have your culinary needs covered with expertise.
Policy:
Catered Events Require 25% Deposit
Events Canceled within 24hrs are (Non-Refundable
Wedding Tastings $150 Per Person (Non-Refundable)
We do NOT take events within 48hr timeframe
Line Cook Apprenticeship Program
Introducing our Line Cook Apprenticeship Program at FMK Social, a 1-Year Career Pathway Program that is designed to develop the skills of a Line Cook. This program not only provides valuable certifications, including ServSafe Food Handlers & Allergen, but also equips participants with essential skills that lay the groundwork for proficiency within todays modern American kitchen. Apprentice receive 6-Week Related Training, Gain employment with registered restaurant/hospitality partners and are credited Apprenticeship completion from the State of MD Department of Labor. Upon completion of 2000 hours in the culinary industry. Our commitment is to provide a comprehensive educational hands-on experience, ensuring apprentices gain the knowledge needed for enhanced career opportunities with higher wages.
